Refund policy

Extended returns for the holiday season. Orders placed from 31 October to 31 December will include extended complimentary returns until 31 January.

You can return any item purchased at Edenoir.com within 14 days of the delivery. Edenoir does not allow exchanges.
If you would like to receive a different product, please return your product for a refund.
Then place a new order online for the product you would like.
All the risks linked to the shipment of the return are on the Customer.
Products shall be returned in their original conditions, unaltered, unused, and undamaged, in their original packaging with the dust bag, original tags, documents and protective covers included.
Returns of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled products will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

If you wish to return your item(s) using your own courier, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, including customs duties, unless your product is faulty.

All Customers are responsible for any lost packages when returning products to Edenoir.

We will process your request as soon as we receive your parcel. Please expect a refund within 14 days from when we process your return.
Edenoir reserves the right not to accept returns which are not adequately communicated to customercare@edenoir.com and/or sent after deadline or in conditions other than those presented at the time of delivery.
Item(s) returned by courier to Edenoir will be processed within 14 business days from receipt. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your return has been complete.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment.

UAE, UK and USA Customers

For all Customers in the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and in the United States, the return shipping costs, including customs duties, must be paid by the purchaser.

To process a return, please follow the instructions below:

1. Make sure your item(s) are returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, and undamaged, in their original packaging with the dust bag, original tags and documents and protective covers included. Returns of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled product will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
2. Send an e-mail to customercare@edenoir.com containing:
   - Name and Surname of the person who placed the order.
   - Order number.
3. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and shipping box.
4. Kindly await our response e-mail, which will include detailed instructions for the shipping return.

EU Customers

For all European Union Customers, we offer the option of returning your item(s) using our home collection service.
For each of your return requests, you will be charged a fixed amount as the cost of returning. The cost of the return request is 15€ EUR, which will be deducted from your refund. Once the return request has been accepted, a courier will collect your package from the address you have chosen which must be made in the same country of purchase.
To process a return using our home collection service, please follow the instructions below:

1. Make sure your item(s) are returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, and undamaged, in their original packaging with the dust bag, original tags and documents and protective covers included. Returns of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled product will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
2. Send an e-mail to customercare@edenoir.com containing:
   - Name and Surname of the person who placed the order.
   - Order number.
   - Parcel pick-up address.
3. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and shipping box.
4. Print the return shipping label we sent to your e-mail and attached the return shipping label over the initial delivery label.
5. Courier arrange a pick-up.
