The images and colours of products offered for sale on Edenoir.com may not exactly correspond to the real products, due to the Internet browser or monitor used.
Prices are subject to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form. Orders placed on Edenoir.com may not be cancelled or modified.
Please rest assured that you may always return your order upon receipt if you no longer wish to keep it.
All 'Made to Order' products require a longer production time, which can vary from 4 to 8 weeks.
Materials and care
Edenoir’s products are made with premium Italian materials and they are entirely made in Italy.
Marks, veining and/or any imperfections indicate the authenticity of materials. Any irregularities are to be considered unique characteristics of a hand-made product. Our hardwares are made in Italy.
Protect your product from prolonged and excessive exposure to direct sunlight, heat and humidity. Avoid contact with water and/or other liquids. Leather could transfer color onto light textiles and materials.

Our items are delivered in selected countries.

Delivery of items will take place upon full payment of the items ordered. We are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes.
Orders made from the website of a country different to that of the delivery address will be cancelled.

Select the desired colour and add the product to your Shopping Bag.
Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Bag.
Select a payment method and fill the shipping information.
All our orders are delivered in a branded dust bag. Each item is presented in its own box with paper fillers to keep it anonymous and protected during the shipping process and placed into a plain package.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.
You can return your order once received as indicated in our Return Policy
Payments
Edenoir.com accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American express, Apple Pay, Paypal, Klarna.
When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method.
If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.
All prices include VAT.
If you have received an e-mail from us informing you that your order has been cancelled, please place a new order online.
Receipt and price
The receipt in PDF format of your order on Edenoir.com will be sent electronically to your email address.
This recipt will also be available by logging on My Account.
The price will be removed from the label of the products you ordered and the receipt will not be attached to your order at the time of shipment.
